What's in Season & How do you cook it?
Chef Williams is a certified culinarian with The American Federation and has studied in both Edinburgh, Scotland as well as at Johnson and Wales University in Denver, Colorado. She has been diligently working in the food industry since 2005 and brings passion to everything she does. She recently moved back to Dallas to pursue her dream of opening her own business. We will showcase a recipe on air for you to try of what is in season! Some weeks there were will be a photo and some weeks there will be videos, but EVERYWEEK there is a recipe it will have hyperlinks in the recipe that will take you to a local farmer to place an order.
